Rosemary T. (nee Lynch) Alexander, 74 of Wallingford, passed away on July 21, 2023 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Rosemary graduated from Our Lady of Fatima School and Holy Child High School, then earned her bachelor’s degree at Immaculata University and her master’s degree from Penn State University. She was a math professor for many years at Penn State Brandywine.
Rosemary was an active member of St. John Chrysostom Church for the past 45 years. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Her selfless and loving personality touched everyone in her life.
She is predeceased by her parents, William J. and Mary (Garrison) Lynch Sr.
Rosemary is survived by her husband of 50 years, George Alexander; her children, Mary Kate (Howell) Leung, Theresa (Joseph) Cunnane, and Jennifer Alexander; her grandchildren, John, Matthew, Clara, Timothy, and Daniel; and her siblings, William Lynch Jr., Margaret Lynch, and Anne Boyer.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Thursday July 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. John Chrysostom Church, 617 S. Providence Rd., Wallingford. Friends and family are invited for visitation from 9:30 to 10:45 AM in the church. Interment will follow in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
