Richard Keith Rhine, 58 of Wallingford (Garden City), passed away peacefully at home with his loved ones and his dog all around him. Ricky was born to the late George Lewis “Bud” and Ethel Marie (MacIntyre) Rhine. Ricky was raised in garden city. He was the youngest of five children. He attended Nether Providence High School. For the past 10 years he worked at Whitehill Manufacturing as a machinist, before that he did tree work, and also worked for Bradley Flooring for many years.
Ricky was a very compassionate man. He was always there to help anyone in need around him, but most of all for his family, especially his three girls. To know him was to love him. He was very thoughtful and generous, his wife Penny was his one and only as he would say, and together they raised two beautiful daughters. He loved spending time with his family, and always made sure they knew they were loved. Ricky loved sports; he played baseball from a young age where his dad would always watch him. He loved the outdoors, from working in the yard, to fishing, even just a walk around the field with his dogs. Lovingly, he was taken care of by his wife, his two daughters, and his nephew until the end.
