 | Patricia L. Dreibelbis, 69, of Wallingford, Pennsylvania, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 14th, 2014, at home. The daughter of Waldo and Martha Yohe, Pat was born November 14th, 1945, in Havertown, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Ohio Wesleyan, Pat worked as an English teacher for many years and spent the last 24 years serving the Charcot Marie Tooth Association. She loved spending time with her family, friends, and pets and enjoyed cooking and baking. She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her husband, Dana Schwertfeger, her daughter, Joy (Chris) Burke of Pittsford, New York, her son, Andrew (Nicole) Dreibelbis of Breinigsville, Pennsylvania, and her grandchildren, Finn and Erin Burke. A memorial service will be held at Carr Funeral Home 935 S. Providence Rd. (Rt. 320) Wallingford, Pennsylvania on Thursday, December 18th at 10:30am. Pat will be laid to rest in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens in King of Prussia after the memorial service.
