Neil E. Gallagher, 59, of Folsom, Pa passed away on September 30th, 2024 at Crozer Chester Medical Center.   Neil grew up in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia.  He was a graduate of Archbishop Carroll High School with the class of 1982.  He went on to graduate from West Chester University. Neil’s career in video began at Group W (TKR) in Wildwood, NJ.  He then worked for Suburban Cable in Wallingford and later Comcast before moving to Game Creek Video where he most recently worked as a satellite engineer.
In his earlier years, he spent summers in the Wildwoods, with his first job working in a Boardwalk arcade.  Neil enjoyed travelling, especially to Florida and the Islands.  He especially loved spending time on his boat and he was a loyal Philadelphia sports fan.
Neil lived life his own way and definitely on his own terms.  He was a dedicated worker, some might say a perfectionist to his craft.  Neil’s moto was appropriately “through space and time, always another show.”
He was predeceased by his beloved grandmother, Catherine M. Harlan; his cherished parents, John A. Gallagher, Sr. and Loretta H. Gallagher, Esq.
He is survived by his brother, John A. Gallagher, Jr. (JoAnn); sister, Anne McDermott (Robert); cousins and several special friends.
His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 8th at 12pm at the Carr Funeral Home 935 S. Providence Rd. Wallingford, PA.  Friends and family are invited for visitation from 10:30am-12pm. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to the Providence Animal Center at 555 Sandy Bank Rd. Media, Pa 19063 or online at Tribute - Providence Animal Center (providenceac.org)

Neil, In 20 yrs we have seen the Best(and sometimes) the Worst of times with each other. Our Ladies Beth and Claudia have certainly Scratched their heads in Wonder of our Antics. But, the One thing they knew was We were gonna Make TV, that was for sure. We were able to teach each other the many differences in our jobs and still be an Amazing Team. Our first encounter you said you knew we were meant to be friends when you arrived at a Venue and I was playing scitysofrantic Phycsofrantic phsyco on the radio of the truck. There would be many adventures to follow. And many friends met. You will be be incredibly missed.

As a lifelong friend and dear to my heart as well as my family, it saddens me greatly to say goodbye to Neil. Beth Czarnecki, I’m so sorry for the pain you’re in… Neil loved you so much! As his life partner, I’m sorry you were just shy of living out your dreams as you and Neil were planning to move to Florida and buying your dream house together, on the water and close to the airport for Neil and with a pool and fun kitchen for you. May your deep rooted and fond memories carry you though these dark hours, days… and know he is looking down on you, watching over you with sunshine beaming through that gorgeous blonde hair, and with shades on, racing in that mega-mobile in heaven. We love you! Our girls Angelica and Alessandra will also greatly miss your fun loving jokes and cool advice. Sincere condolences to Neil‘s lifelong partner, Beth and his surviving family and friends… As we will all miss you very much. As you Have always said Through space and time… Always another show! Well, brother, God’s heaven is the greatest show of all!
Love Angie and Joe Jimenez

My thoughts are with Neil’s family. I have great memories of grade school OLL with Neil. He, even at that young age, was compassionate, caring, goofy, and would always have your back. Occasionally the walking to school group would grow with the 900 block kids. It was always a fun walk. Home from school, me and Neil lived so close together that we often walked home together. I just have great memories and was fortunate enough to keep track of all his travels through Facebook. So Neil if you get a chance say hi to my mom and dad for me. Forever in my heart ❤️

“Neil was a great person. He was a great friend to everyone he met and it showed in the amount of friends he made all over the US. He would give you the shirt off his back and invited everyone to celebrate in any occasion with him. He loved to spend time in his boat with his girlfriend Beth and many friends were invited too. He opened his doors to his friends whenever they were in need of a safe haven or a place to relax away from whatever stress. The picture above is truly who Neil was and captures his smile and energy. Gone too soon but never forgotten ❤️”

Neil and I started working together on Eagle SD (before the upgrade). A great engineer with an even greater outlook on life. Even though I left Game Creek a few years ago, Neil would call and we’d try to have dinner when he was doing a show in Las Vegas. The conversation would just pick up from where we left off the last time we saw each other. Rest in Peace my friend. I will miss your visits and your friendship.

I met Neil 24 years ago when he was freelancing in engineering. NCP hired him and he worked with me off and on for almost a year. He was smart, funny, hardworking and chill as the young people say today. He always had his perspectives right. I haven’t seen him in years. His passing makes me sad. My condolences to his family one and all. Too young. He will be missed.

I am a technician in the TV field and I saw Neil pretty often, we werent close friends I wont over glorify our relationship, but when I say it was a pleasure and fist pump when Neil was on the truck I was working on its an understatement. He never yelled , he always helped you, and u could crack a joke around him with ease. He was everything you wanted in someone to work with. I told him he was our version of pro wrestler Ricky Morton he got a kick out of it! Haha Ill smile when I think of Neil. Ill see ya and hope to work with you again in the next chapter :-)
My love, respect, and thoughts are with his extended friends and family
