Frances J. Williams, 80, of Millsboro, DE and formerly of Aston, PA passed away on May 6, 2026. Frances was born in Chester PA to Edward and Anna (Holt) Wysocki. She was married for 50 years to Richard “Rick” Williams who passed away in 2018.
Frances is survived by her children Carolyn and Christopher Williams, her granddaughters Lauren and Talia Williams, her former daughter in law Sharon Menahem, and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
Frances’ greatest passion was her two granddaughters whom she adored.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Friday May 15, 2026 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Church 3255 Concord Rd. Aston, PA 19014. Friends may call at the Church from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Aston.
